Share your feedback to improve Northamptonshire Adult Social Services
Northamptonshire Adult Social Services and Healthwatch Northamptonshire want to know about your experiences of adult social care.
Northamptonshire Adult Social Services (NASS) are looking at how they can improve the way they provide adult social care to better suit the people who need it. They are looking for ways to make sure that their customers are at the centre of their work and want to provide a service that makes sense to you as well as speed up some of their processes. In order to achieve this they have asked Healthwatch Northamptonshire to carry out a short, independent survey to gather people’s views to inform these changes.
We are looking for people with current or recent (within the last two years) experience of adult social care services, including family and friends who care for people who have received social care, to share their experiences.
The survey is open until 31 October 2019.
We can also provide paper survey or visit groups to collect feedback, contact us for more details.
