As 2020 draws to a close, we would like to thank our volunteers, staff, and those that shared their views with Healthwatch Northamptonshire during this difficult year.

After a very difficult year, we would like to say a special thank you to our staff and volunteers, who have worked hard to adapt to the changes brought about by the Coronavirus pandemic. We would also like to thank those who have contributed their time to giving us their views and experiences of health and care services over the last year.

Health and care services have worked tirelessly to counter the effects of the pandemic. Your feedback allows these services to find out where they meeting your needs best but also on how to improve.

Our office will be closed for Christmas and New Years' from the 21 December to the 4 January.
