Healthwatch England is an effective, independent consumer champion for health and social care. It also provides a leadership and support role for the local Healthwatch network.

The Care Quality Commission (CQC) are the independent regulators of health and social care in England. They make sure health and social care services provide people with safe, effective, compassionate, high-quality care and encourage care services to improve.

Healthwatch England's jointly launched 'Because We All Care' campaign, encourages more people to speak up and feedback about their or a loved one’s care. The campaign is supported by a coalition of partner organisations, including The Patients Association and the local Healthwatch network.

One of the most important ways to understand people's experience of services is by listening to their feedback. The feedback people give helps health and social care services to improve - It can help make care better for everyone.

Whether your experience is good or bad.. it’s valuable!

Healthwatch England use it to keep track of the quality of care services provide. It can help them and the CQC decide if they need to look more closely at a service or take action.

You can give feedback anonymously if you want to. But it’s especially helpful if we can contact you to check details or get more information about what you’ve told us.
