Have you had difficulty with NHS administration? We need your views
Almost everyone has experience of interacting with NHS administrative processes and staff. This includes activities such as booking appointments, registering with a GP surgery and corresponding with NHS services in writing or over the phone. These processes are key in supporting the NHS to deliver care to millions of patients each week.
We are asking people to tell us about their recent experiences of poor NHS administration (within the last year).
We want your views of using emergency ambulance services
To support our work on ambulance response times, we need your recent experiences of calling for an emergency ambulance.
We want to know your experiences of using EMAS from the last 12 months. We will be collating patient stories across Healthwatch in the East Midlands. This will help us get a picture of how the service meets the needs of those in our area.
Healthwatch Northamptonshire and NHCP community engagement report now published!
Nearly 300 people shared their experiences and views on how to improve health and care services in Northamptonshire through our surveys and joint community engagement event with Northamptonshire Health and Care Partnership.
Find out more about local consultations and have your say!
Local and national health and social care organisations often want to know what you think about changes they want to introduce. Some of the issues that these organisations are currently asking could affect people who use health and social care services, so it is important that you have your say.
Our vision: Healthwatch Northamptonshire will be a strong, resolute and independent community champion. We will give local people a voice and work in partnership to influence the design and quality of health and social care provision so that all local people have an opportunity for an improved quality of life.
